The first PUE & BA jointly organized Summer Seminar was held in 2005, and commenced a yearly tradition. Summer seminar 2008 is organized by Berufsakademie in Heidenheim, Germany in cooperation with PUE. This year the main focus of the seminar is on the security and trust aspects.

During the second day of the SUPER workshop in Eindhoven (11/06/2008) Ken Decreus from Ghent University (Belgium) presented his research work entitled: "Empowering business process owners using SUPER".
